Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. About Verayn and these terms

Verayn is an early-stage product currently operated by an individual developer, not yet a registered company. It is offered on a free, early-access basis while that remains the case. By creating an account or using Verayn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Verayn is

Verayn is a “multiplayer AI” workspace. It lets you and your team send prompts to a range of third-party AI models, keep shared and personal chat history, build a personal AI profile (“Echo”) that reflects how you work, connect outside tools, and run longer autonomous AI tasks (“agents”). Verayn does not build its own AI models; it routes your requests to third-party providers.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if that is higher, to use Verayn. Verayn is a general productivity tool and is not directed at children.

4. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

5. Third-party AI models

When you use Verayn, your prompts and any content you include (including files you upload and, where relevant, data read from tools you connect) are sent to one or more third-party AI providers to generate a response. Different requests may use different providers. We do not control those models’ outputs, and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

6. AI outputs are not professional advice

AI responses are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or acting on them.

7. Connected accounts (Connectors) and approvals

You may connect third-party accounts such as GitHub or email. When you do, the AI can read from that account to help with your work. Any action that would write to or change something in a connected account (for example sending an email or creating an issue) is never taken automatically: it pauses and requires explicit approval from a human on your team before it happens, and some higher-impact actions require more than one approver. You are responsible for the actions you or your teammates approve. You can disconnect any connected account at any time.

8. Teams and shared content

If you use a team, content you create in that team (team chats, sessions, decisions, agent runs, notes) is visible to other members of that team. Content you keep personal, and your Echo, are not shared with your team. Do not put content into a team that you do not have the right to share with those members.

9. Agent runs

Agents are longer AI tasks that run on their own inside a team session and are visible to your team as they work. Agents follow the same rule as connectors: any action that affects the outside world stops for human approval first. You are responsible for tasks you start and actions your team approves.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use Verayn to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or send data you are not allowed to share. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, files, and other content you put into Verayn. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service (for example, sending your prompt to an AI provider, storing your history, and showing team content to your team). If you choose to share something publicly (for example to Discover), you allow it to be shown to others as described in that feature.

12. Pricing and payments

Verayn is currently free and there is no active billing. No payment system is in place, and we do not collect payment information today. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any such tiers described anywhere in the product are a planned future offering, not a current charge. If and when paid plans launch, we will make the terms clear before anyone is charged.

13. Early access, changes, and availability

Verayn is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using Verayn and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or where required.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Verayn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from AI outputs, approved actions, connected-tool access, or service interruptions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

This section will state the governing law and where disputes are handled once Verayn’s business entity is established. It is intentionally left blank for now.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the “Send Feedback” option in the app, or by email at verayn.app@gmail.com.
